Hi, I'm Phil.
I've spent my career at the intersection of technology and small business: systems engineering, IT support, web design, digital marketing and more than 16 years running my own consulting practice. I know the do-everything-yourself solo life from the inside.
These days I help coaches, consultants and small business owners use AI in practical ways that save time and take some weight off their shoulders. My approach is calm and plain-spoken. There are no dumb questions, and you never have to become "a tech person" to get real value from AI.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

AI Workflow Sprint
- Cancel 48 hours or more before your session for a full refund.
- You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or missed sessions, are not refundable but may be rescheduled once.
- If you're not satisfied after your Sprint, email me within 7 days and we'll work it out, up to and including a full refund.
Workshops
Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the workshop starts. After that, you'll receive access to the replay instead of a refund.
How to request a refund
Email phil@philmontero.com with your name and the service purchased. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

These terms apply to services purchased from Montero Consulting, operating as Phil Montero ("I," "me"). By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to them.
Services
Services are delivered live over video call or by email as described on this page. Session dates and times are set when you book.
Payment
Payment is due in full at booking. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; I never see or store your full card details.
Your materials
Prompts, templates and workflows created for you during a session are yours to use in your business.
No guarantee of results
I provide education and hands-on guidance. Results depend on how you apply what we build, and I can't guarantee specific business outcomes. Third-party AI tools are governed by their own terms and may change.
Confidentiality
Anything you share about your business during a session is kept confidential.

What I collect
Your name, email address and any information you choose to share when you book a session, join my email list, or contact me.
How it's used
To deliver the services you purchased, respond to your messages, and send emails you've signed up for. I don't sell or rent your information.
Services I use

- MailerLite for email
Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message, or ask me to access, correct or delete your information by emailing phil@philmontero.com.
